In the app

1. Open PickStormm and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

On the web

1. Go to pick-storm-web-app.vercel.app and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Can't sign in? Ask Support

Contact us through the Support page or email pickstorm@gmail.com from the address on your account, and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What happens when you delete

Deleting your account can't be undone. If you have a prize to claim, claim it first.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account with our authentication provider
• Your name, username, email address, date of birth, address and phone number
• Your profile photo or avatar, and your preferences
• Push notification tokens and device records
• The games you follow
• The people you follow and the people you block
• Your chat messages

What we keep

• Game history, anonymized. Picks and contest results stay so past leaderboards and contests remain accurate, but they are no longer tied to your name.
• Records we must keep. Audit logs, fraud signals and prize records, kept for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal reasons.
• Support tickets. Earlier conversations with our support team stay on record.

If you are owed a prize when you delete your account, we keep the contact details needed to deliver it until it has been delivered.
